  • 1.  Sage keeping track of Client support cases

    If Sage actually will have the ability to track used cases by End-Users....does anyone know what the cost is for them to purchase additional cases?  I know this will come as a shock, but I haven't been able to find anyone at Sage that can answer that question.  I did get the partner cost to add additional cases if we needed them, but crickets when asking about the end user.

    The answer for end users is to upgrade their plan to Gold.
