    Sage KB flaky for anyone else? I am having problems entering in search terms. The screen seems to be randomly refreshing.

    Site was ""unavailable for maintenance"" a couple of hours ago, now it's back up and being flaky again.....

    I expressed my displeasure at the Portal design / reliability yesterday in emails to Portal Support... and although I know it was probably a waste of effort, it felt good to let out the frustration (and waste some of THEIR time for a change...).
