description of that this KB is for (other than reading the articles linked). Yes, there's a link to a list of fixes but shouldn't there be a description so people can keyword search?
This is so easy to fix because it just requires a little consistent effort yet most Sage employees prefer to remain under their desk refining their resume and hoping nobody from Sage calls on them to do anything they might be fired for.
