Sage KB appear DOA - 5/13/15 10:18 am - log to main KB and enter in search term - just sits on the screen.

the look of confusion on that guys face says it all!

I'm thinking from now on we should make posts like this in SC when the KB is up, not when it's down, lol.

Ha! I was just thinking the same thing.

Actually, I was thinking that I'm going to start doing all of my maintenance during normal business hours so that I don't actually have to work with any customers.

Totally serious. How do Sage employees tasked with this manage to keep their jobs? I realize most of this failed project was inherited but at some point don't you cut your losses and find a better solution? This has been going on for way too long and throwing MBA's at it is not fixing anything.

It's 10:15 PM on 5/13/15. I tried Chrome and IE and get the confused guy instead of KB. Really, really has the KB been down all day long????? If true amazing - maybe SAGE should move the KB to Salesforce1 platform. I'm ready to try anything.

KB is back online. What is that I hear??? Crickets...
