The power is quite impressive (but it still has warts). If the client is willing to do things differently, it stands a chance of succeeding. If they want it to be just like MAS, then don't do it. HRMS builds reports based on information of dependents (names, ages, etc) which many small companies are reluctant to import and maintain (My insurance company does that for me now). I sold 8 companies HRMS over the past 8 years and ONLY one is still using it (and even they dropped it, then came back to it). Gotta do the work to maintain it. It is an HR product so the controller won't be the main focue.
