    Sage is notifying end users of payroll tax table update 2/28/2018 - the KB does not appear to have the proper date updated. This was discussed a couple days ago and a customer just sent me the email that they received from Sage.     I spoke to Linda Cade about this. My overall opinion: Sage is still siloed as badly as ever and one silo regularly blames the other and then pomptly considers the matter closed. If the problem gets too painful they either fire one silo or create another.

    I think we left out one very important question at the town hall: Do you actually have the authority to do what you just acknowledged needs to be done?
