""Sage will be filming/photographing/interviewing throughout Sage Summit 2013. By attending Sage Summit 2013 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, you irrevocably consent to and authorize Sage, its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, and their respective successors and assigns (collectively, ""Sage"") to photograph and make video and sound recordings of you and use such photographs and recordings throughout the universe, for any purpose whatsoever in all known and hereafter existing media and in any language in perpetuity. All such photographs and recordings will be the sole property of Sage. You waive all rights and claims which you may have with respect to the manner in which such photographs and recordings are used by Sage and you release Sage from any and all liability for the ownership, publication, and use of such photographs and recordings.
