Sage 100

Sage Intelligence Is there is a way to export say a sage intelligence income statement out to excel(without Intelligence) but for the GL values are kicked out to be a static number. So if sales shows with the linking back to sage 100 40,000 it keep just the 40,000 as the value AND the various formulas from there continue to work.. So if I manually changed the sales to 50,000 the income statement would recalc with the existing formula. This last part would be the excel file would be outside sage intelligence at this point.

Not sure this is an exact fit, but try this option to convert formulas to values for selected range

Use the delivery tools in BI. There you can specify the format (PDF/Excel/HTML) and which tabs are exported. You can also specify formulas to convert to values. Once set up, you just click the 'Send' button when ready. No email is required. You can have the worksheets saved to a folder.
