    Sage Intelligence v2015, WIN 2012 server OS running TS RDP connection on the Sage server. Encountering this error when trying to run a canned report. I did NOT run a separate TS client installation as the IT person said it wasn't necessary any more. Add ins appear in Excel as required. Thoughts??? TIA

    Pretty sad day when as a last resort I check the Sage KB and the answer is actually found. Now if only it works...
