Premium v2016. Customer implemented SI in previous version v2013 Providex and then upgraded to Premium @ v2016 a few years ago (before 100c came around, so they had to pay for the platform change - Ugh!).
Anyway, I received an email in August of this year that they get some errors in SI (#Name & the attached) and not sure if they've self resolved but they clear Tenant Cache. The TC before clearing it looks like this (attached). Notice the MAS90 4.0 ODBC connection types and 1 SQL Driver connection and a duplicate company code. They can clear the Cache and the reports run for a couple of days or so and then the error starts back up with the MAS90 4.0 ODBC connection types coming back into TC.
1. I asked them to check all the workstations to make sure no MAS90 4.0 ODBC drivers exist. However, when I look at my recent Premium Upgrade that is a new server, with no Providex wksetup ever done, I still have the MAS90 4.0 ODBC Drivers in my ODBC Source Administrator with no option to delete. So not sure that's the issue.
2. They can't seem to narrow down what workstation this is coming from but want it fixed asap.
3. They can't just replicate it on demand (clear cache, run report, have it show backup again) so a call to Sage is probably futile.
4. Wondering if I start a new Designer Template, and save the report to the new designer report if that would take care of it. It would have to be done for all reports I'm guessing. Part of me wonders if I didn't migrate these correctly back when they upgraded to Premium. It would have been my very first Premium Upgrade with Sage Intelligence. You'd think the problem would have surfaced before now though if it was due to an incorrect migration.
Any ideas?
