I first have to say I do not design reports in SI. I do however help with technical issues getting SI to work correctly. I have a client that just did a platform change from Advance to Premium. They have a whole bunch of saved Excel templates and apparently they access these and run updates in Excel. Again, I don't actually use it generally and with this client they have not given us a licence for Excel so I cannot open the files to see what is going on. (really great).
Does anyone know if there is a way within Excel to update the SI connection? I'm not finding anything and Sage seems to say it is not possible.
