Sage Intelligence, Sage 100c v 2016 Advanced User accessed report viewer for SI from Sage menu didn't know the path (and forgot how to pick up the phone or email me) entered something and ended up with two servers to access Sage 100. I removed the second server, launched Sage, select SI Report Viewer and was prompted that SI was not licensed and did I want to license it. Well, no, since it is working for everyone else. Ran workstation repair, no dice, still thinks it's unlicensed. License manager does not show this workstation btw. Where the heck is the the workstation holding the path for Sage Intelligence? If I could get to it, I think I could fix this mess.

You need to enter the path to the Repository for each workstation. If you're not sure where it is (hopefully by Sage Directory), go to File/change Metadata Repository and copy the path from a working SI.

It's beyond that @NancyHanson , it isn't even prompting for the repository path. If I try to access Report Manager to get to the change meta directory I'm still prompted to license Sage Intelligence. Select Connector and it says it's not licensed too. It's as if this user found an entirely separate Sage Intelligence program and I can't figure out how or how to fix it.

Go to Report Manager Click File Click third giant button, Change metadata Repository.

Thanks but, I cannot get to the Report Manager. It's prompting for license manager and if I select it the license manager all the license info. fields are blank. On any other workstation license manager is complete and registered.

There's a similar option in the License Manager. File, Change Metadata Repository. After that I'm all out! Going for a beer............ You should start drinking heavily too. :)

So if you can get to License Manager, can you go to File/Change Metadata and see where its pointing too? then go delete that repository after confirming it's the wrong one.

.or, just enter the correct repository info. After you enter it, you may have to shut down SI and restart the License Manager to see it Happy drinking! LMAO

@NancyHanson that was the trick! I opened License Manager on the affected workstation, selected File, Change Metadata Repository. It was pointing to a completely bogus location on the users local workstation. Changed to the correct repository and the license manager updated with the correct information. Once that was done, closed License Manager and then opened Report Viewer and everything was correct. Thank you so much for all your help.
