  • 1.  Sage Intelligence Reporting Trees

    Has there been any updates regarding the ability to generate an SMI report for multiple reporting units and have each unit on it's on worksheet? I found an old post on this subject from 2019 in here and the suggested workaround was separate sheets for each unit or a macro to copy the original worksheet and update for each reporting unit during the report generation.  Customer has 280+ units, so individual sheets won't work and I'm not great with macros.  Any help would be much appreciated!

    Dawn, if reporting for this 280+ unit system continue to be a challenge, contact me. DataSelf data warehousing and analytics can usually automate the data preparation and report distribution from complex multi-company and multiple unit frameworks. The process becomes handsfree with NO performance issues in Sage 100 nor during report run time. Thanks, Joni

    There hasn't been any updates to SI to accommodate this.  280 units is a lot, a macro would be nice.  
    In addition to DataSelf, FYISoft would be a good solution for them too.  It works much like FRx worked.
    I have clients with over 100 units and the report takes along time and maintenance is a B* to say the least.

    How well do you work with financial reports? I had a customer ask if DataSelf is a potential Sage Intelligence replacement and I wasn't sure how well you could both create and maintain financials in DataSelf. 

    I'm just as concerned about ease of maintenance as creation.
