  • 1.  Sage Intelligence report all zeros

    Have a client that periodically receives a report full of zeros in Sage Intelligence.  She has Manager license in SIR.  If another Manger license user runs the same report and saves on the network, she can open it and update it.  This has been reported to me twice in 2 months.  Each time, I connect and she runs the report, and it works as it should.  There is no error message, only the seemingly blank report.  Any idea what the issue may be? TIA!

    Is this a single company report (meaning not consolidated)?  If so, often times user opens RM in another company, changes Sage companies to the correct one and tries to run report.  Because RM was open in another company, it runs it for that other company.
    When you are connecting, she/he are probably in the correct company, opening RM in that company and running and data appears.
    You have to open RM in the company you want to run it for with a single company template.
