    I am trying to setup Sage Intelligence in a Citrix environment.  I was able to create the repository directory on the server but when I try to activate the workstation nothing happens.  Literally, nothing happens.  I type in the URL for the repository and it just returns to the Sage 100 menu.  When I go through the activation on the server workstation install the system actually goes to the registration panel or the Report Writer or wherever I want.  I'm not going to install Excel on the server and turn it into a workstation.

    Citrix has the full network discovery turned on and since this is a Sage 100 Advanced I know that the workstation can find the server properly.  In fact, I can type the \\fileserver\ into the address line of File Explorer and navigate the directories just fine.  I can copy and paste the URL but Sage Intelligence betrays its name and fails to find the directory.

    This is the first time that I have ever seen this happen.  Does anyone have any ideas?

    I've had it where the path field won't hold the UNC Path and after 1-2 tries it closes SI.  There is a KB Article for this.  Not sure if it matches your situation but worth a try.

    Here’s a way to manually set the repository. I’ve used this in cases where I couldn’t get into SI to make the change.

    Open windows explorer and go to C:\ProgramData\Sage Software\SageMASIntelligence52 folder (XX=version number (i.e. 51=2014, 52=2015)

    Open config.ini file in Notepad

    Verify the path of the repository folder is correct. If it is not correct, paste the correct path (Reminder, the path must a UNC path)

    Example:
    [Repository]
    Path=\\<server name="">\SI510
    Click File, Save

    Thank you both @Nancy Hanson and @Wayne Schulz!  The C:\ProgramData\Sage Software\SageMASIntelligence52 (along with other ProgramData directories) was marked as "read only."  Even logged on as an administrator the system wouldn't save changes to the file.  I took the read only flag off and now its working jsut fine.
