Sage Intelligence - Such a PITA. I think I have four support tickets open, all with a different issue for SI not running/Launching in Excel.
This post is concerns v2017 Premium launching SI. Works fine with one workstation, NOT on another. When I click on SI license manager (or any other option), nothing happens. User has full role access. UAC is off, AV is disabled, client has been uninstalled and reinstalled. Client running WIN 10 now, was on WIN 7. A little light on memory but Sage runs. Excel 365, BI Generator and the two other add ins display as active.
Thoughts??? Open support ticket with Sage and let them deal with it??
