Sage Intelligence - logon error (see attached) The user is setup in Sage, is assigned to a role in Security Manager and the password is correct, (tested his login on Sage). I've no idea how to fix this. Other users in the same role in Security Manager do not get an error.

If I recall the password in Security Manager can be different than Sage password. Can you reset his Security Manager password?

I'm working on a older version (4.5 compatible), and when you add a user in Security manager there is no password for the user, just a list of user codes to check on or off..

Did you check to be sure that in Security Manager he has access to the company he is trying to log into in Report Manager? Oops! Sorry, I just looked at my 4.50 and realized there is no place to specify the company in SM.

Ok, refreshed my memory on this. When you log into SM, you have to put in a company code/user/pw. The users you put into the role are only good for that company code. So you log in under ABC/RMD/pw, role = users, user selected - Billy. Billy only can login into ABC in Report Manager. So if there are multiple companies you have to configure each company for the role/users. So what company is user trying to log into in RM, then log into SM/same company code and see if he is a user.

Thanks @NancyHanson I'll review all those settings and see if I missed anything.

It worked! Entering the user password in the security manager for each user did the trick. I guess I'd set up the other users so long ago, I'd forgotten that step. Thank you @NancyHanson.
