Sage Intelligence - just installed and licensed, keeps saying the company does not exist when I try to login. I've tried a UNC path and a mapped path.

I'm wondering if it's looking for the ABC company?

try upper case and lower case, I know I've seen some weird case sensitive things with that

I actually tried ABC and TST and the actual company code (they had a TST, too). I'll try the upper and lower case - but which do I do? The first character as upper?

I think when I saw this is was all upper or all lower, so i would try both

I just thought of something else - sometimes that company does not exist pops up even though it's an issue with the user and/or password - so double check the user/password

Oh, that could be it - dang it, I'd love an error message that was CORRECT!

SI seems to have some case sensitivity issues. I struggled with a similar issues a few weeks back. It is also wonky when you copy and past the information. Seems that it likes to be stroked with the keys.....
