Sage Intelligence issue with Premium 2018. User is creating new reports in Sage Intelligence. Periodically she will get ""error 462 Error Number 462, Description: The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable, Source: BICore."" She can then no longer use Sage Intelligence. She chatted with Sage (who recommended she call in to speak with a specialist or talk to her business partner!) and she googled the error and found several items recommending doing a Sage workstation install repair and an office repair. She does that and it works for a while. I did install the Sage Intelligence hotfix, which seemed to fix it for a longer period, but she had it happen again. I've been through the Sage Intelligence environmental document and verified she has all the requisite programs on her PC and on the server. She is using Office 2016. I haven't called Sage yet, but plan to next week. Wondered if any of the 'minds' have figured out this issue. Thanks.
