Sage Intelligence Gurus. Customer wants/needs to create a 13th period in Sage 100. In the SI Reports, they would like to see P12 & P13 combined for a MTD column. I advised her she could create 2 columns, 1 for 12, 1 for 13, add them together in the third column (MTD) and hide column 1 & 2. Or she can modify her formulas to add GLActual(P12...)+GLActual(P13...). Either way it's a lot of work and it would only be valid for 2018. 2019 they are going back to 12 periods. Is there an easier way to combine P12 & P13 for a 'MTD' financial report?

Hi Nancy. I suggest you take your existing formula and have it refer to both periods with a comma in between... 12,13. SI will combine the two into one result and you can still allow drilldown on the result to see the account level detail.

@NealLuscomb, didn't know SI could do this, thank you for responding. Customer tried it, worked well, but not for the YTD column that points to the same cell.
