My understanding is Sage Intelligence reports will produce #NA for formulas unless opened on a computer with Sage Intelligence Licensed.  I have a client swearing to me the were able to send these reports around and view with results anywhere.  The client has had some fairly advanced staff with clever solutions in the past.

Does anyone know of a way to make the Sage Intelligence Reports more portable without converting formulas to values or saving/printing to PDF?

While I haven't tested this, I wonder if you save off the whole workbook (with all hidden sheets, etc) if that would allow you to open the report and have numbers populate.  It would only be as good as the data on the hidden worksheets but might work.
Otherwise you are correct on the #N/A.

@Larry Bradford I think it works with the distribution function in Excel. I don't think they can run reports on-demand, but they can open older reports or File/Published reports.

Do you know if there are any formulas remaining when distributed.

I think there is an option to select to convert to values, so if you left it blank, I believe the formulas would come through.
