What does "BL" mean? No, the question doesn't relate to looking at the template. I am developing 12 statements that get distributed automatically each month to several people. One of the statements is a trial balance in a specific format they are used to in the "old system". There will be six columns: account#, acct description, beginning balance, debits, credits, ending balance. On the surface it seems pretty simple except I am not sure it is possible. I have all of the other statements completed and many of them have several complicated formulas. I get down to a seemingly straightforward trial balance and either it is "working as designed" (aka this basic feature doesn't exist), or I don;t know how to do it and need someone to show me.

There is a BL TB template available in SI. Is the questions above the result of looking at this template?
