When our client runs a report with these report filters, data from 2019 and 2020 are included in the report. The report also includes the 2019 data if the transaction dates are removed from the Filter tab and used on the Parameters.  However, if we only include 1 SalesAcctKey, the report pulls the data for the correct date range.  Any ideas?

When you change it to just one key, do you change the logic expressions to all "AND"?

I would do a sales account key = ?? and dates greater than/= to ?? and dates less than/= to ??
    OR
sales account key = ?? and dates greater than/= to ?? and dates less than/= to ??

I would use Nancy's formula and also place parenthese around each sales-and-date statement.  This can be done in the Filter Properties by clicking the "Prefix With Logic Break (" checkbox for a left paren or the "Sufffix with Logic Break )" checkbox for a left paren.

I never realized there was such a thing as the Prefix/Suffix with Logic Break.  Thanks for that tip.

When I fixed the brackets on the 2nd SalesAcctKey, then the report worked. I then tested what the client reported as an issue and removed the TransactionDate's from  the Filters and put them back on the Parameters tab. I ran the report and then yep, it pulled in 2019 as well as 2020. I told the client to keep using the TransactionDate's on the Filters tab as it worked.
