  • 1.  Sage Intelligence for Sage 100

    Have a user receiving the following error, followed by the second error message.  They are trying to distribute a report.  This particular user has Sage 100 Advanced, Sage Fixed Assets (not SQL-based), and Sage HRMS clients all installed on their computer.  I was able to locate the error message in the KnowledgeBase under Sage 100 Contractor nor Sage 100cloud.  Has anyone seen this before and resolved it?  TIA!

    Can you create attachments for these?  Not sure if just me but I can't see them.  However, I have a client also trying to distribute to both excel and email and getting the attached error.  He had a Windows Update over the weekend and voila! He can no longer distribute.  
    I tried to uninstall/install workstation setup, repaired Office, V.S.T.O Runtime 3.0 and 2010 V.S.T.O Runtime with no resolution.
    Your second picture appears to be a .NET error?  I've had these come up with trying to access Trees in SI and have never resolved it.  We can no longer uninstall .NET separately as it indicates in one of the resolutions I've tried in the past.
    Hopefully together or with the help of this group we can resolve these.

    Yes, this is the exact same message!  The second error presents immediately following the first error.  They are using Office 2016, so not sure if that may be throwing the second error.  Will confirm there was a Windows update.

    Are there multiple emails on this distribution instruction? I feel like I had dealt with this years ago and feeling like it had to do with the email address separator in the distribution instruction being incorrect. Maybe? Something to check I guess.

    Thanks Kimberly!  I saw that having a colon as a separator will cause a similar error. Haven't heard back from the client today. Will definitely take a look at that, too.

    Did you ever get a resolve to this error? Now I have a client who is getting it. But she is only emailing to herself. She said she called Sage and they told her there is no fix for it yet, other than rolling back her version of windows. She called to see if we had some different information I guess.

    I haven't resolved mine yet and there are no colons in the email address and he is trying to export to Excel, not even do the email.  Sage needs to get a fix as 'rolling back Windows' is not a resolution.  I've had problems with Editing Trees and Sage's resolution was uninstall the .NET update which you can no longer do either.  So we need a better resolution.

    Yeah, they need to put some effort into this product if they want it to be the product of choice.  I believe F9 allows you to make an AJE and refresh the report.  That would be a huge improvement and benefit for SI.  Reports that take 30 mn to run are a PIA when it comes to Month End.  ​
