  • 1.  Sage Intelligence Export/Import: The [Report] of ID [-169] does not exist

    Posted 05-13-2020 10:30
I'm working on an upgrade of Sage 100 2018 Standard to Sage 100 2019 Premium.

I've exported and imported many Sage Intelligence reports and all appear to work fine with one exception.

On this report I receive an error which I haven't been able to locate in the KB:

The [Report] of ID [-169] does not exist.

This happens after I import the Sage Intelligence report.

Unfortunately, Sage Intelligence support online appears thin with most resources seeming to stretch back a few years to when Sage was making an effort to improve the product.

Any thoughts on how to correct this report?

Shot in the dark. Open the 2018 version in Report manager, Save the template. Then export only the one report.

It turns out that the issue was with exporting SI from Sage 100 Standard and importing to Sage 100 Premium.
I had to go through and change all the union reports to read in consolidated information - which is something I overlooked on SI's nifty 1980's era UI.
