  • 1.  Sage Intelligence Causing Domain User to Lock

    This is for a reseller friend I've been trying to recruit into 90 Minds who hasn't quite bought in yet. I've never seen it before. Anyone have any ideas?

    Customer on Sage100 2016 premium, no support. When their one Sage Intelligence user actually accesses Sage Intelligence, her domain user becomes locked. She can continue to use Sage and Sage intelligence but can't really access any other applications on their server and their IT team has to "unlock" her account.

    I would look at the rights to the repository folder share and also to the C:\ProgramData\Sage Software\SageMASIntelligence52\config.ini file.  The path to the repository is contained in config.ini.  Make sure teh path is valid and the user has full control to the folders and the file.

    Is SI using a path which the user has invalid saved credentials?  (Mapped drive, Windows Credentials Manager...).

    Do they use Unified Logon?  In googling 'User AD Account keeps locking' they talk about clearing out the Credential Manager.
