  • 1.  Sage Intelligence BI Tools Add In not staying enabled.

    I can't keep add-ins for Sage Intelligence enabled for Excel 2016 on Windows Server 2016 Standard. There is a knowledgebase article 87768 that indicates Engineering is working on a resolution. Does anyone have any other answers?
    Error
    Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    By chance, was Excel added after Sage 100 workstation setup was run?

    No we made sure excel was on installed before the workstation was installed. The workstation has been uninstalled and reinstalled a few times since. Thanks!
