Sage Intelligence and Antivirus

    I'm wondering if anyone has experience or documentation on antivirus/firewall exceptions that might be needed for Sage Intelligence.  I haven't found anything in Sage's KB other than their standard Sage 100 exclusions but we have client where when they kick off the Sage Intelligence tool it seems to trigger the antivirus.  We are excluding the bicore.exe but there must be more to it.
