Sage Intelligence 4.0 with Sage Prem 4.50. Trying to start it up with the correct path, keeps saying Company does not exist. Sage document says make sure same versions (they are), uninstall and reinstall WKSETUP (I did). Don't tell me it's a PREUMIUM issue or I am just a-gonna lose it.

Company does not exist is often a username & pw issue too.

Yeah, tried the end user AND mine, so it's not that.

Crystal Reports uses the ""MAS_Reports"" SQL user ID to access the data through the OLEDB connection. Could SI somehow be needing to use the same ID?

Is the company name just the MAS id and not MAS_ABC?

I am definitely getting the impression SI with SQL is not popular yet amongst our group...

I think for that version of premium for SI the sa user and password is needed. So remember credentials should be checked also.

I'll give that a shot tomorrow...
