Sage HRMS v10.7 - Does Sage have any quality support people for this product? Client has that software as well as Sage 100 v2017. Client uses the HRMS Sage 100 PR link. After their upgrade, the link does not function. Sage has spent a great deal of time working on it and remain clueless. They have managed to break the Sage client several times Today, client tried to email PR check stubs and could not from her workstation. It did work from the server.

Well, had one client who had to put off a 2018 upgrade for 4+ months due to HRMS integration issues, and am currently working with another upgrade for a reseller and I think my answer to you would be ""uh, no"".
