Customer called Saturday pm and their Sage 2018 Adv seems to work fine except when they go to print they can’t. It gives the super generic Sage Has Stopped error message.
I’m going to try the string of simple stuff like run as standard etc
Just wondering if a Windows patch might have come out that is also clobbering this?
I suspect user rights , invalid printers but right now I’m in “prove it’s our IT” mode.
