    Sage has done it again! Anyone else's customers getting this email? I have two so far. One due to renew end of March and the other has already renewed.

    Yes, some of our customers got it when they shouldn't have. So irritating!

    And Sage sent an email about a partner webcast last night at 9:56pm about this email to be sent to customers on March 7, but the partner webcast to announce this important message that we are supposed to tow the line for Sage with our customers is on March 10. Sage is all about the channel. Whatever.

    I don't see a phone number on the notice either. Just says Sage will contact you. I didn't get an email from Sage last night. I fell left out!

    @JohnHoyt I would be surprised if he lasts until the Friday webcast. The new payroll roll out has been in the works for over a year. They send an email on Monday and expect everyone to be available for an hour on Friday?

    My experience so far is he is not very channel friendly, and I hear not very Sage employee friendly. His answer to the potential negative comments during the Town Hall at MOTM was allocate less than a half hour.

    Got a call from a marketing person at Sage indicating she was in charge of contacting our customers that were not on a Payroll Sub plan. She said she had a list of 39 customer that she was going to contact who aren't on plan. I knew that wasn't right and asked her to send me the list. There was only 5 that could legitimately be called. The majority were already on a PR Sub plan (and not just recently). More garbage lists from Sage. GRR.

    They're even calling those who have recently purchased a PR support plan. Clearly they are working from an old list.
