There was never a formal restriction that a customer could only take advantage of this promo if they were in the month of renewal. The sales operations group in Atlantis (they are so out of touch, they might as well be there) was so overwhelmed in November/December they established this ""rule"". They are still out of control, so it appears no one knows how to fix the issues. Depending on what is defined for this promo will tell me who I will contact. So far, going as far up as Dianna Lane has been futile. I was actually told not to copy Scott Ehmen, because all he does is contact sales operations management and ask them what the problem is, and they are already under too much pressure. I personally believe they should terminate everyone in that group and start over.
