Sage is holding this partner event 11/10-12 at the Omni Fort Lauderdale Florida hotel.   Would love to gather some feedback on:

    • Who is planning to go?
    • Why are you planning or not planning to go?
    • What would incent you to go?
    • What participation would you suggest for 90Minds?

I don't have enough information to make a decision.  Are there training or information sessions, speakers, and social events?  If so, where is the information?  What's the price?  What products are emphasized?

If I had the budget for it, I'd go. But the primary thing holding me back isn't that - it's a lack of specificity.

I've been in the Sage ecosystem since 2013. When I originally was introduced, the one thing I thought Sage was better at was consistency - in their naming of events, the purpose of those events, and highly educating content. As a CRM guy of a Sage 100 partner, I remember thinking about how much I got from the events. That continued probably through 2016/2017 when "Sage Summit" was a thing. Sage has rebranded partner events so many times now that I can't say with any measure of confidence that this event would be worth my time. Yes, I'm planning to build a CRM integration between Sage Intacct and Creatio in the near future... but I've already got my path with that figured out. Aside from more cheerleading of enhancements and new features of Intacct, SDMO, or their most recent batch of acquisitions ... where is the value? I can't see that with any measure of clarity, and that's my primary reason for not going. Why spend $3k+ on travel, hotel, and registration only to learn what I need for free and a few hours of my time within 2-3 weeks following the event.

As for 90Minds participation... it depends on your appetite for investment.
If Sage Intacct partners and consultants are the direction we see as the next emphasis for growth (which is seems to be), then I could eventually see a concentrated focus to truly drive memberships and consultants to the community. It would require a strong plan for deployment internally and a crisp value pitch for the target audience, but I'd treat it as a massive membership drive and awareness campaign. This would be thousands of dollars in investment, but it could be mitigated from a cost perspective potentially (given our relationship with Sage). Especially if they know we're seeking to drive a similar community that uplifts their Intacct partner community as we do for the Sage 100 community.

If the appetite for investment is lower... I'd send a few board members (2-3) with very visible and specific goals and measurable outcomes that you want to achieve. Less of an investment, but still with a similar focus of raising awareness and incentivizing them to join in some capacity or another. Getting friendly consulting firms that are also part of any PAC for Sage would be a huge win. Especially if those same firms have resources to help stand up a vibrant Intacct community within 90 Minds.

Probably a bit of rambling, venting, and constructive feedback - but that's my $0.02.

I've been watching this event page.

It appeared to open at one point for early registration.

And then the site went back to a placeholder page ( no registration or detailed speaker information ).

When the site was briefly in registration mode there was a list of speakers as well as a hint that this might be an invitation only type partner event. It also appears to be described as a sales oriented event possibly fully focused on Sage Intacct. The site page has since gone back to a more generic event page ( Sage's Barcelona event is already in registration mode)

For the 90 Mind members who are involved in Sage Intacct sales this seems like a mandatory event.
For 90 Minds? I guess it depends. Personally I'd suggest a review of the ROI on what I believe is a significant investment in time and travel expense to attend these third-party events. What is the realistic outcome from attending?

    1. Not planning to go
    2. I don't see anything of interest from Sage that I would attend to learn more about in person
    3. If Sage swings back to having keynotes and sessions that are of interest to the entire channel I'd be more inclined to attend
    4. I suggest that 90 Minds asks for a free conference pass and hotel room nights to attend

I agree with the other comments. I looked at this when it was first announced, and I know there was more content on the website at some point, but now it is just a placeholder.  Just over 2 months and registration isn't even open?  Isn't that odd?

Anyway, I might attend because it is a Partners only event and fairly close to home (SC) but not if they don't give us some details.

For those that are curious - the most information that I've found is in the Sage Future for Partners FAQ available publicly on the event website here. The FAQ talks about registration opening in August.

The Barcelona event definitely has more meat, but not too much more...

    Pricing is not cheap.

    Update 9-10-2025

Sage has clarified that its "Future for Partners" event, scheduled for November 10-12 in Orlando, is not a broad partner conference but rather a focused gathering. The agenda is specifically designed for an audience of owners, practice leads, and sales and marketing professionals from their partner channel. The most significant detail is that the content will be limited to only five of Sage's strategic products.

The products to be featured are Sage Intacct, Sage 100 Contractor Cloud, Sage Intacct Construction, Sage X3, and Sage Copilot. Sage also notes that the venue (originally Fort Lauderdale) was changed to Orlando due to circumstances beyond their control.

Thanks @Wayne Schulz for posting the latest and greatest on this event.  For those wondering, I will not be attending.  I know, I know, shocker.  The good news is that MOTM 2026 is your GO TO for Sage 100!!!  See everyone in San Diego!
