Sage 100

One of our consultants installed Sage Fixed Assets on a client workstation and Now they are not able to print crystal reports from Sage 100 Version 2022 PU2.  They are getting the error below.

Does anyone know if there is a conflict?  We are calling Sage Fixed Assets Support. But if anyone is aware of a conflict and/or resolution, let me know please.  

At MOTM road ahead for Sage 100, they did say they were moving to Crystal 2020 in Sage 100 2023, and that would get it in sync with the Crystal versions of the rest of the products.

I get those errors every now and then and it has nothing to do with the version or FAS, etc.  Sometimes clearing that folder takes care of the issue, but when I get it on a TS/RDP server it often just takes a reboot.

We ended up calling Sage Fixed Asset Tech support. and to repair - they went to Control Panel > Double-click Sage Fixed Assets so you can get to the Add/Repair/Modify type screen and select Repair. when that completed, they could print from both Sage 100 and Sage fixed Assets

this can be removed from urgent support.
