Sage Fixed Assets Tracking I know we can still order foil/metal labels with preprinted bar codes for asset tags directly from Sage. I have also found similar labels that may be printed on appropriate bar code printers. But what printers will do this? Has anyone had a customer do their own heavy duty bar code asset tags?

I have a customer looking for the same type of printer to create serial number tags for their manufactured equipment.

Great, I have done minimal research. The labels are readily available, but it's the printers.

It looks like this company might sell automated metal tag printers. PANNIER Corporation (www.pannier.com) in Pittsburg PA. I have not done any research as to cost/complexity.
