    Sage extended Enterprise Suite and Sage CRM it's an old versin so I one workstation when they try to launch customer maintenance from that workstation, customer maintenance opens up on the MAS200 server and the workstation gets an error

    Does the CRM user have a corresponding ERP user assigned?

    now it appears that it might be at all workstations/users as well. when they open customer maintenance it is launching it on the server where the MAS200 Application server is running instead of opening it on their local workstations the attached JPG is the error they are getting

    ok this is resolved. the Sage application server had two services to choose from one was MAS200 the other was SAGE. we started it using the wrong one. .
