Sage Exchange / SPS on Citrix? We've just upgraded a customer to 2016 Premium, using AppsOnTap (Citrix), and have been surprised by SPS not being supported on Citrix. Anybody have advice for a work-around?

Very old issue. Last I heard it was supposed to be fixed in v2017. There is a workaround, though kludgy. Check with Gary Feldman at IBN as he has to deal with this frequently.

I think the fix was discussed here - probably by Gary. The issue is that each time you start a session and begin Sage 100 that Sage Exchange tries to install. It is like the movie Groundhog Day and keeps trying to install each time you go into Sage 100.

I think this is resolved with the release of Sage Exchange 2.0 which was included in 2017 and also in a separate download for 2016. Search the kb for article id 77092

We've had SE 2.0 installed by the Citrix administrator, but it still doesn't work.

I did find a 2014 thread on the issue, talking about a login script to copy the settings for the user, then start Sage 100. I'll pass on the idea.

Workaround: 1) The Citrix administrator can set up a folder redirection for the local setting folder of the user's profile. This is the folder where ClickOnce applications install by default. 2) Another method is using the Roaming Profiles, which carries the user profile anywhere the user logs on, including Terminal Sessions.
