    My customer forwarded this email to me.  Always great to learn it first from the customer... sarcasm.

    Can someone explain to me what this is / does?

    I'm not sure what this is or why people randomly seem to receive it.  https://community.90minds.com/discussion/email-from-sage-to-end-users-to-activate-microsoft-365-connector

    It probably has to do with the Microsoft 365 contacts - which has since been discontinued by Sage.
