It would be more helpful if Sage fashioned their download page so that you could download everything needed for a 2020 upgrade.

    That means:
    - 2020
    - 2020.1
    - All hotfixes since 2020.1

As it stands now these are all awkwardly linked from the 2020 page.
You can get to each download but it's click - click - click to get to the download - which sometimes has a page of text but often nothing except a hunt for the tiny "direct download" URL --  then you have to back up and go through it all again

Yes, you can download these all and save them on your local desktop however that won't guard against an unexpected update of patch or PU which Sage could update on their site.

I think if Sage created just one page with direct download links it would take under a minute to click and all the downloats would begin and be sent to your default download folder.

This system of spending time to hunt and gather downloads seems very old fashioned..

Middle-click to open multiple tabs from linked pages would make the KB easier to use, and make downloads easier too.  The big problem is you have to click, download, back, click, download, back... The design is horribly inefficient.

And many of the KB hotfix pages don't have descriptive text showing what they resolve or what version(s) the fix applies to. You have to click again to navigate to a PDF and search for that info.
