Just complaining. I know that many of you have experienced this. I had a prep conversation with a customer about the next upgrade.
Me: How many workstations is FAS installed on? I know that you have a 3 user license, but I'm confirming.
Customer: We have it installed on 10 computers.
Me: So, the staff coordinates as to which 3 can get in at any given time?
Customer: No, we bought 7 more licenses.
Me: <Inside voice: Sage is at it again!>
Researching further, although I have a good customer relationship and fairly frequent contact, it's a large customer with staff who handle different pieces. One of them decided to call Sage directly and buy licenses. Sage didn't cut us in. I'm so happy that I discovered it during a customer discovery call!
