I was talking about the Houston event with Rick Burtt yesterday. They've done, I think, 4 so far. The 1st 3 were disappointing in turnout, mainly because the marketing and prep process was poor. The last one was in Dallas, and 65 customers showed up. Rick said this was because they finally got the details of the invitation process right.
I got the sense from him that the focus is more than cross-sell: proactively keeping current customers from leaving Sage through ignorance of Sage products they could grow into.
