Sage Customer Communications
In speaking to a customer who uses Sage 100 Payroll, she mentioned she has not received any Payroll updates for 2 years, and she never receives any communication from Sage, except for the annual maintenance invoice. We are working with her on the Aatrix integration now, but do you have other customers who seem to never get any communications from Sage? That seems to be contrary to the ""Customers for Life"" philosophy. (I did tell her she's fortunate that Sage has not pestered he about buying more software.)
