Sage CRM - what version of Sage CRM outlook plugin is compatible with Excel 2010? Does it matter 32 or 64 bit? have a client who bought new laptops for sales people and naturally the plugin is not working. Is there a patch to get around if they are on 6.x?

Johnny - The SageCRM Outlook plugin doesn't have anything to do with Excel. I'm wondering if you meant Outlook 2010? Assuming that is the case... SageCRM 7.0 works with Outlook 2010 so... your client should have checked with you before getting the new laptops unfortunately. I have asked my team to check on patches for 6.2 but our initial response is no unless you hear otherwise from me. Sorry!

Peter - your right I had excel on my mind for some reason. Outlook 2010 is the challenge.
