Sage CRM Integration to Exchange server with more than one Exchange Version
After days of troubleshooting integration to Exchange 2013, we made a little headway. The Exchange server has both 2007 and 2013, due to a few mailboxes that are active under the 2007 version that haven't been converted to 2013 yet. When the impersonation account was setup in on 2007 instead of 2013 it was able to sync. The IT staff would like to have the sync with 2013 until they can move the 2007 boxes and then disable/uninstall 2007. Is there a way in Sage CRM to point it to 2013 Exchange or can someone explain why Sage CRM picks up 2007 over 2013?
