  • 1.  Sage CRM and the Integration Engine

    CRM is not my best subject and can never remember where to find this.

    I have move my Sage 100 to a new server OR I have upgraded to a new version of Sage 100.

    Where in the settings in CRM (I know in Sage 100) do I repoint to the new copy of the Integration Engine?  I know I've done it before, but I can never remember where to find it.

    Update this, if you have everything in this setup properly it should communicate this change to the CRM.  You typically do not do anything on the CRM side

    Also just as an FYI it is in the CRM database in the MAS_CRMServerOptions table.  It will have mas integration engine server name, port, etc... and then the MAS_Company table will show the company codes integrated with CRM from Sage 100 with their unique identifiers.  Again should not typically update these tables directly.
