    Sage CRM 7.10 sp1. I have some reports that pull in the Soution Details and Problem Details for Cases. However, the report is cutting the notes off short. Any thoughts?

    Not in front of my computer right this second but .. I assume you are using the built in report writer? Does it cut off all notes fields for all entities? Not sure you can do anything about that. I can check with the team on Monday if you would like. Please email me if yes.

    It is the built in report writer. Seems like a defect if this is the case.
