Sage Checks and Forms It's that time of the year again when I receive mailings for 2016 tax forms from Sage - 6 identical mailings so far. And why do we need these when we have Aatrix? I would prefer a couple percent more in margin than Sage wasting money on these.

I only received 4, so you win! The tax forms are because the employee is supposed to receive the W-2 on perforated paper with instructions and the IRS copy of the 1096/1099, if not electronically filed, is supposed to be filed with the red ink form. See enclosed. I told my clients one year that they could print on plain white paper. I now advise them of the IRS rules and let them decide.
