    Where is Paschal the puppet?? Is he British? Reminds me of my vacation last month to Peru, SA. While boarding the plane, the flight attendant greeted everyone with ""hola"" as they boarded. When I stepped on, he said ""hello"" Could it be the clothes????

    And the wide angle view reminds me of the old United Airlines commercial where the company CEO said they had to reconnect with their customer base and started handing out airline tickets to employees to go out and reconnect. I wonder how many tickets were handed out???

    He's a Brit @JeffSchwenk and hopefully he didn't use any phrases such as ""across the pond"" or ""the colonies"" during his speech.
