Sage Atlanta I was just told they closed the offices early today because they are expecting a big snow storm. Coming from Southern California I'm not very familiar with rain, much less snow, but it apparently is bad, and I guess Sage didn't want to lose any of those valuable employees now that they think they have trained them.

Sorry to say John that when the forecast is snow the south shuts down . Most will be off on Monday also since the weather is going to be cold till Tuesday. The snow will not melt till then . I am not making this up. I use to live in NY and it is a total different world down here when it comes to snow. They don't have the equipment. Let's hope Sage has a back up plan .

One client from Atlanta took 27 hours to get home a couple of years ago when they got hit, so I can see why everyone is spazzing.

I suppose they can use the contingency plans they had in place for SoCal wild fires.

Dear Sage Software, We have discovered there is a mostly empty 2-story office building in Irvine, CA that is fully equipped for software sales, development and support - all under one roof. They almost never have snow days and normally never have rain, so the workforce is very dependable in terms of attendance. Yes, there are occasional earthquakes, but those are almost impossible to predict, so they just surprise everyone when they occur. The fires only affect where people live in the hills, not the office building, so that should pose no problem either. The best part is there are knowledgeable staff ready to take over as soon as you come to your senses and forget about Atlanta. Sincerely, The 6th Largest Economy in the World

Didn't Sage get tax incentives for moving to Atlanta? I hope the money is worth the chaos.

Sage fixed the tier issues the only way they know how - the Tier Dashboard is no longer accessible on the Portal!

Take it off line and see if the complaints stop on Monday.

If that doesn't work, we'll declare another snow day.
